My stay here was absolutely wonderful, very pleasant and comfortable from start to finish. I stayed for several days and really enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. They truly made me feel welcome. Whenever I needed anything or was missing something in the room, they were always happy to help. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed and more: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a great bathroom. The bed was super comfy too! Providing complimentary toiletries for guests who forgot theirs was a thoughtful idea! Continental breakfast was simple but just right to start the day. The location is also convenient, very close to downtown, and every morning I enjoyed a wonderful view of the mountains from my room. I’d gladly come back and would definitely recommend this place, especially because of the amazing, caring staff! They truly make a difference!

Wonderful experience, the hotel was awesome. Breakfast was refreshing and nutritional. The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, and free wifi topped it off. The bed was plenty comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. The microwave and refrigerator were certainly handy, and the complimentary water went down nicely. Hot water for the showers was totally bonus as well. Our stay went very well, and we would definitely stay there again! if we ever back in Terrace.
